Technical Director, Highways & Active Travel (London)

AECOM is seeking a Technical/Regional Director for our Highways & Complete Streets team based in London or St Albans. You will lead client relationships, drive work-winning strategies, and provide technical leadership across multi-disciplinary projects.

The role involves managing teams, coordinating with internal geographies, mentoring staff, and supporting senior management. A flexible hybrid working model is available with office presence 2–3 days per week.
