Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a large bakery and food manufacturer on the outskirts of Sheffield to appoint a Maintenance Manager responsible for asset availability across a high-volume, multi-line operation.
You will lead a multi-skilled engineering team, design maintenance schedules, own the preventive maintenance system and set the asset strategy across equipment life cycles, driving a culture of continuous improvement on site.
