Responsibilities

• _handle a wide range of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
• manage residential conveyancing tasks including sales, purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build, transfers of equity
• work independently to manage your own caseload within the team
• collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth file progression and client service

Key requirements

• qualified as solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer
• 2+ years PQE in conveyancing
• proven experience working in a conveyancing team as a fee earner
• ability to independently manage own caseload
