Overview
In this role within the Bayes Digital Learning team, you support the delivery of high-quality online programmes by ensuring a smooth, personalised student experience. You act as the first point of contact for students and help coordinate enrolment, assessment and related activities. The position sits in a hybrid London setting and contributes to a broader mission of accessible, practice-focused education. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that shapes student satisfaction and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent, efficient, and personalised student experience as the initial point of contact for learners
- Support administrative activities and events including enrolment, assessment and evaluation
- Contribute to ensuring online students have a well-supported educational experience
