Director FS Cyber

Overview

As Director for FS Cyber Security, you will lead go-to-market and delivery for cyber security services in Banking and Insurance within Financial Services. You will collaborate with FS cyber security leadership, capability leads, and alliance partners to execute the business plan, grow footprint, and bind offerings across the firm. You will own client relationships at senior levels, drive sales origination, and oversee delivery of engagements while developing the cyber security team. This is a strategically impactful role that shapes cyber risk management across clients and drives cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Originate and lead on sales opportunities and build a robust pipeline
• Lead the delivery of security engagements and manage multiple engagements with support from Senior Managers/Managers
• Grow FS cyber security services footprint and drive demand by leveraging adjacencies across engagements
• Build and manage relationships with internal teams (cloud, data, technology transformation) and external alliance partners
• Define people requirements and lead recruitment to strengthen the cyber security team
• Coach and develop team members and contribute to performance management
• Contribute to practice management activities (training, knowledge management, thought leadership)
• Travel across the UK to regional offices and client sites as needed
• Serve as a leader within the FS cyber security leadership team and participate in strategic planning
• Maintain and expand networks with senior client stakeholders (CIO, CRO, CISO) across FS organizations
