Production Planner

Overview

In this role you will ensure efficient use of resources to execute the master production schedule, driving production efficiency, cost control and on-time delivery. You will work closely with the Focus Factory team to balance capacity, inventory, and customer commitments. You will address scheduling challenges through clear guidance and process adherence, enabling reliable Operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Understand capacity loading needs of the factory
• Establish and review the production schedule to meet customer commitments and Plexus needs
• Monitor schedule performance and inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Resolve scheduling challenges through detailed instruction, policies and procedures

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years related experience (or equivalent)
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills
• Proactive approach and ownership of Focus Factory activities
• Commitment to safety and confidentiality of information
• Computer experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Word/Excel and ability to learn Plexus Data Collection and MRP/ERP systems
