Benefits Specialist, FTC

Overview

In this role, you will lead the transition and separation of the Darwin benefits platform within a rewards-focused team. You will work on a critical, UK-based remote FTC project delivering a smooth employee experience during the platform split. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure successful delivery and accurate payroll validation and benefit configurations. This is a delivery-focused position with a clear impact on how benefits are managed during the transition.

Responsibilities

• Support the separation and transition of the Darwin benefits platform
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations and invoicing
• Provide benefits system configuration support
• Conduct payroll validation and checking
• Lead and support testing activities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure timely delivery

Key requirements

• Experienced Benefits and Reward specialist
• knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration
• strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
