Overview

In questa role you will operate as a senior member of the employment team, providing strategic and technical guidance on complex advisory and contentious matters. You will handle a varied caseload for insurers, businesses, consumers and institutions, spanning claimant and respondent cases. You will mentor colleagues, uphold high legal standards, and deliver strong client service. The opportunity combines leadership, technical employment law, and cross‑functional collaboration within a well‑established practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse employment caseload, including advisory and contentious work for a range of clients
• Provide strategic and technical guidance within the team and support junior colleagues
• Liaise with insurers and claims handlers to coordinate litigation and negotiations
• Maintain high standards of legal practice and strong client service
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage competing deadlines and priorities effectively
• Support and mentor teammates in complex matters

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in employment law
• Ability to handle all aspects of litigation
