As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a full range of private client matters for a reputable, Legal 500-recognised team in Torquay. The role involves handling Wills and Probates, Lasting Power of Attorney, Trust work, Inheritance Tax planning, and Estate/Trust administration. Responsibilities

• Manage a broad Private Client caseload (Wills and Probates, Lasting Power of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, Estate Administration, Trust administration)
• Deliver high-quality, client-centred service to a diverse client base, including vulnerable clients
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide integrated private client solutions and ensure compliance
• Support business development and contribute to a positive team culture

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE in Private Client work across the listed areas
• experience handling Wills and Probates, LPA, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, Estate and Trust administration
