Summary:
InconjunctionwiththeLegal,InvestmentandOperationteam,toassisttaxdirectortoprovidequalityandtimelytaxadvisoryservicesinrelationtotheinvestments(duringtheacquisition,assetmanagementanddisposalphaseoftheinvestmentcycle),tocoordinatestrategictaxinitiativesforallinvestmentsacrossEurope,andtocomplywiththegrouptaxpolicyandmaintainanacceptableleveloftaxrisk.

- AssisttaxdirectortoprovidetaxadviceandleadonM&Aprojects
- Assisttaxdirectortomanagecorrespondenceandpotentialdisputeswiththerelevanttaxauthorityinconjunctionwithexternaladvisers
- Assisttaxdirectorinmanagingandcoordinatingthetimelytaxadviceonenquiresraisedbyotherteams
- Assisttaxdirectortoliaiseandcommunicatewithrelevanttaxauthoritiesorexternaltaxadvisorswherenecessary
- Assisttaxdirectortoevaluatetaxrisks,balanceriskwithbusinessobjectivesandmakerecommendationsthatareobjective,practicalandtechnicallyappropriateinsupportofbusinessobjectives
- AssisttaxdirectortodraftrequiredtaxreportandcommunicatewithHQwherenecessary
- WorkwithotherteammemberstomanagetheSPV’staxcomplianceissueswherenecessary
