Customer Success Advisor – Wholesale Desk (Part-Time)

Confidential is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for the Wholesale Service Desk. This part-time role (19 hours per week) focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences by handling queries by phone and email, updating systems accurately, and collaborating to resolve issues.

Schedule: Monday 10:30am – 5pm, Thursday 11am – 5pm, Friday 10:30am – 5pm; we are looking for organized, patient individuals who remain calm under pressure and show empathy.
