Bernicia Group is seeking a Hazards Surveyor to identify, assess and manage hazards across housing stock in alignment with Awaab’s Law Phase 2. The role involves surveys, hazard classifications and advising on timely actions to ensure resident safety.
You will work with Housing and Property Services to analyse hotspots, drive risk reduction and support continual improvement in property safety and neighbourhood appeal. A strong housing background is essential.
