- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical excellence while troubleshooting and resolving software and IT issues for colleagues across the business
- Collaboratively improve systems and procedures to reduce complexity and improve reliability
- Develop bespoke software solutions for rollout across the company
- Deliver software solutions using the most appropriate programming languages and technologies to support the delivery of excellent IT servicesTo be skilled at problem solving, written & verbal communication, with strong attention to detail and task completion.

- You will need a willingness to succeed, with dedication to your team and developing new skills.
- You will have the ability to prioritise and be capable to perform under pressure and overcome challenges.
- You will have achieved GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in both Maths and English at a grade 4 or above.

Knowledge and Experience desired for this apprenticeship: Delivering exceptional customer service
- Operational support within an IT department or equivalent
- Planning, organising, and delivering IT tasks within a team environment
- Software development and/or scripting in a modern software language, such as C# or Python
- Scripting, orchestration, and automation techniques
- Software development practices, technologies, systems and services e.g. MS DevOpsA starting salary of £21,000pa, increasing periodically dependent upon performance
