Lookers is recruiting a 1st line IT Service Desk Agent to join our Head Office Manchester team with remote UK work and occasional travel. This 6 month FTC role offers a salary of £26,000 – £27,000 per annum and 37.5 hour weeks, with shift patterns Monday to Friday and some weekend coverage.
You will help deliver a seamless customer experience, log and resolve incidents promptly, and support our busy technology environment.
