YourRoleAccountabilities…
- Provide technical support to internal users while supporting user lifecycle activities, account administration, and business applications.
- Support and monitor cloud-based applications and services, investigate technical issues, andassistwith application updates and system changes.
- Provide first-line support for digital streaming platforms, investigate customer issues,monitorplatform availability, and expedite customer-impacting incidents whenrequired.
- Assistwith routine data validation, data quality, imports, exports, and data-related investigations.
- Use simple scripts, database queries, and technical tools to investigate issues and help automate routine tasks.
- Follow established cybersecurity and content protection procedures whilemaintainingtechnical documentation and support materials.
- Identifyopportunities to improve processes and documentation and gradually take on greater responsibility as skills and experience develop.

Qualifications &Experience…
- Previousexperiencein atechnicalrolewithastrongemphasison hands-oncodingexperience.
- PreviousexperiencewithReactand/or Next.js, JavaScript orTypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web technologies.
- FamiliaritywithAWS services and source controltoolssuchas Git.
- Knowledgeofcybersecurityprinciples,securitybest practices, and content protection concepts.
- Exposureto data migration ordatabaseprojectsandexperiencesupportingSaaS, cloud, media, or streaming platforms.

Hybrid Working – This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
