Frontline’s Approach Social Work programme offers a fully funded master’s degree in children’s social work, with hands-on practice and mentoring to help you thrive.

You’ll train while working in a local authority, earn a tax-free bursary of £18,000–£20,000 in year one, and progress to £30,000–£39,000 in year two with potential up to £44,000 in year three. Upon completion, you’re guaranteed employment as a newly qualified social worker.
