Constituent Casework & Reporting Specialist

Liberal Democrats constituency office seeks an organised caseworker to analyse patterns of enquiries and produce reports, assist surgeries and other meetings, and attend constituency meetings.

You will handle large volumes of standard queries and more complex cases from members of the public by phone, email, social media or face-to-face, log all cases, gather information, keep records confidential under data protection laws, and respond to constituents.
