Family Support Social Worker — Advocacy & Safeguarding

Rainbows are seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our Family Support Team in the East Midlands. You will manage a specialist caseload, advocate for families and coordinate with housing, benefits and statutory services to uphold rights.

You’ll collaborate with professionals, support safeguarding, and guide colleagues to improve practice. We value autonomous, reflective practitioners who empower families, develop services, and contribute to high-quality care for children and young people
