Membership & Engagement Coordinator

The Joint Industry Board (JIB) is seeking a proactive Membership Coordinator for its Swanley, Kent office with hybrid working options. You will be the first contact for membership enquiries, manage records and support recruitment campaigns while ensuring accurate information is provided to prospective members.

Working closely with Marketing and Communications, you will help prepare membership materials, engage with employers, run data quality improvements and contribute to member satisfaction
