You will lead a team of three maintenance technicians, plan weekly visits, and manage client bookings across a region from Birmingham to Newcastle. The role blends practical plant maintenance with office-based scheduling and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have team leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and willingness to travel with one overnight stay per week. Horticultural knowledge is advantageous.
