Multi Trade (Locksmith/UPVC)

As part of our Responsive Maintenance team, you’ll:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance to UPVC doors and windows
• Diagnose and repair faults with locks, hinges, handles, mechanisms, closers, and security fittings
• Complete lock changes, lock upgrades, and emergency security repairs
• Undertake door easing, adjustments, and alignment works
• Carry out a range of minor multi-trade repairs when required
• Work within occupied social housing properties, delivering excellent customer service
• Record completed works and materials used via PDA/mobile technology
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and Safeguarding procedures
• We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trader with strong Locksmith and UPVC repair experience to join our team in Crawley. While this remains a multi-trade position, the majority of your work will focus on doors, locks, UPVC windows, security repairs, and associated maintenance works., We’re keen to hear from candidates who have:
• Proven experience in Locksmithing, Door Maintenance, or UPVC Repairs
• Experience working within social housing, repairs, maintenance, or property services
• Knowledge of multi-point locking systems, door mechanisms, and window hardware
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and manage their own workload
• A full UK driving licence

Additional multi-trade experience such as carpentry, basic plumbing, or general repairs would be advantageous.
