Community Palliative Care Nurse Flexible Hours

St Michael’s Hospice in Hereford is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Community Services team on a permanent basis. You will deliver high-quality palliative and end-of-life care in patients’ homes or care homes, working with a multidisciplinary team to support families.

The post offers a competitive salary (£32,693-£37,614), 37.5 hours, flexible patterns, DBS enhanced, NHS pension option, Life Assurance and 30 days annual leave pro rata, plus training and development opportunities.
