Patient Safety Learning Events Coordinator

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Safety Clinical Co-Ordinator to organise the rapid review process and trust-wide patient safety learning events, working closely with the Patient Safety Team and senior leadership to deliver engaging events that promote learning and improvement.

The role supports delivery of the Organisation’s patient safety agenda, operates under the PSIRF framework, and provides day-to-day support within the Patient Safety Team.
