NHS 111 Call Handler — Full Training & Flexible Shifts

HUC in Taunton is seeking 111 Call Handlers to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering timely, reassuring guidance and directing callers to the right NHS services.

You’ll complete a comprehensive 6-week training programme (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday) before taking calls. Shifts run 7am–11pm, seven days a week, with permanent contract and DBS checks as part of safeguarding.
