Universal Family Support & Early Learning Practitioner

YMCA Chiltern Group is seeking a Universal, SEND & Emerging Needs Practitioner to support our Family Centre Service for families with children under 5. The role covers universal delivery, SEND and emerging needs, delivering sessions both in person and online, and developing tools and resources for parents to support home learning.

You will engage with diverse families, use parenting models, travel for visits, and work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
