Night Support Worker — Trauma-Informed Youth Outcomes

Stonepillow is recruiting for Night Support Workers to join our young people services. You will support 16+ looked after young people and care leavers in West Sussex, using trauma-informed approaches with kindness.

You will manage your caseload, complete risk assessments, ensure voice of the young people is heard, and maintain safeguarding actions. A never-give-up attitude and ability to work in challenging situations are essential.
