Elder Care Wellbeing & Activities Assistant

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm Wellbeing and Activities Assistant for Wandsworth Common Care Home in London. You will support residents with a range of activities to promote physical, cognitive and social well-being, under the guidance of the Wellbeing Coordinator.

You will help maintain a safe, caring environment, assist with supplies, and help establish links with schools, museums and community groups to encourage engagement and intergenerational activity.
