SEMH Behaviour Mentor | Restorative Support for Teens

Principal Education is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor for a specialist secondary school in Slough, supporting pupils aged 11 to 19 with social, emotional and mental health needs. The role focuses on building relationships in a small-class, supportive environment where pupils’ needs come first.

The successful candidate will work 1:1 and in small groups, de-escalate incidents, and run restorative conversations to help pupils repair and move on.
