Support Practitioner (Part-Time) — Enable Independence

Cornerstone Community Care in Airdrie is seeking a female Support Practitioner on a permanent, part-time basis (24 hours per week) to help a lady live independently and stay connected with her community. You will assist with daily activities, social outings, meals, self-care and health routines, building a warm, respectful relationship that encourages independence and happiness.

Full training including funded SVQ is provided. A full manual UK driving licence is required.
