The Cardinal Hume Centre Housing and Welfare Rights team is expanding to provide structured information, advice and casework to clients with complex welfare rights issues, including representation at tribunals where appropriate.
The role also supports second-tier advice and training for generalist advisers and non-welfare specialists, helping clients to manage their own claims and participate in group sessions that build confidence and independence.
