Graduate SEND Support – 1:1 Education Assistant (Southwark)

Protocol Education Limited is seeking enthusiastic Graduate SEND Support Workers to provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND in Southwark. The role involves collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to devise person-centred learning plans, fostering a nurturing environment, and monitoring progress for reporting to the SEN team.

Ideal candidates will be able to work well in a team, show resilience, compassion, and patience, with any prior SEND experience considered an advantage.
