Somerset NHS Foundation Trust in Charlton Musgrove, Somerset, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Discharge Lounge team to support timely and safe patient flow out of the hospital.
You will have hospital care experience, knowledge of discharge processes, and be enthusiastic to drive service improvement while collaborating with staff to deliver high quality care.
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, 07.30 – 20.00 Mon-Fri and 09.00 – 17.00 rotational weekends, fairly shared between the team.
