Living Well at Home Area Coordinator — Flexible Hours

Age UK Nottingham and Nottinghamshire is seeking an Area Coordinator for the Living Well at Home Service in Meadows, Nottinghamshire. You will be the first point of contact for new clients, assess needs and create personalised support plans while supervising a small team of Living Well Assistants.

This permanent, 20-hour-per-week role offers flexible working and a pension. Closing date is 26 October at 9am.
