Waste Enforcement Manager — Lead in Two Boroughs

London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth are seeking an experienced Waste Enforcement Manager to lead the Waste Enforcement Service across two London boroughs, tackling fly-tipping and waste offences. The role involves managing investigations, prosecutions and working with partners to protect residents and visitors.

You will oversee a team of enforcement professionals, ensure enforcement is lawful and evidence-based, and report to senior managers and Members.
