Warehouse Department Manager — Lead a High-Performing Team

Lidl is recruiting a Department Manager for our RDC where you’ll lead a team of Shift Leaders, drive productivity and ensure on-time product flow to stores. You’ll supervise daily operations, coach staff and work with other Department Managers to optimise performance.

The role offers a £43,000–£56,000 per annum salary for 45 hours a week, 30–35 days holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, pension and ongoing training, with opportunities to progress within Lidl.
