Contracts Manager – Mechanical M&E, UK Projects (Vehicle)

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting a Contracts Manager based in Bradford with UK-wide travel. You will oversee mechanical building services projects from order receipt through to handover, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality targets are met.

You’ll lead client, subcontractor and internal teams, manage project finances, variations and site progress, and act as the primary point of contact throughout delivery. A strong background in M&E, HVAC or plumbing installations is essential.
