Civil Estimator – Groundworks & Utilities Tender Lead

Nicholas Associates Group is seeking a proactive Estimator for civil engineering and groundworks projects in the UK. Based in the North East, you will review drawings, specifications and project documentation, take control of tendering, and deliver accurate cost estimates that balance risk with value.

You will liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, compile bills of quantities, and evaluate commercial risk across bids.
