People Operations & Payroll Specialist

Cellular Origins Ltd. is seeking a hands-on People Operations professional to own payroll, HR systems, benefits, compliance and reporting as the business scales. You will shape processes, improve data quality and deliver a smooth employee lifecycle for a growing team.

You’ll work across payroll, HR data, benefits and compliance, taking ownership of how our processes perform in practice and finding opportunities to use technology to simplify and strengthen our People function.
