Remote Family Help Team Manager – Complex Needs

Norfolk County Council is seeking an experienced Enhanced Family Help Team Manager to lead the North, East and Broadland area. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering statutory and non-statutory support to children aged 0–17 and their families, guiding staff through complex needs and persistent neglect.

You will allocate cases, lead risk discussions and maintain performance through audits and supervision, while championing restorative practice and staff wellbeing.
