Medway Council is seeking a Senior Practitioner in Children in Care to manage a complex caseload and support the Team Manager. The role includes mentoring colleagues, providing coaching, and sharing practice expertise to develop others within the Children’s Services team.
The post supports hybrid working, requires a recognised Social Work qualification and ASYE, and includes a substantial salary with market premiums for retention. A relocation package is available.
