Job Description:
Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Practitioner Nutrition and Hydration Nurse or AHP for a 12-month secondment. You will lead across hospital and community settings, supporting strategies for nutrition and hydration care and governance.
You will work with dietitians, nurses, doctors and speech and language therapists to implement best practices, review policies, and develop new SOPs while travelling to community services as needed.
