ED Access & Registration Specialist I

Albany Medical Center seeks an ED Access Specialist I to operate in a high-pressure emergency department setting. This hybrid role blends access coordination with health unit coordination, rotating across triage, EMS desk, and bedside registration.

You will identify patients accurately, collect demographics and insurance details, obtain regulatory signatures, and support discharge processes while maintaining EMTALA compliance and patient safety.
