Senior Community OT: Lead Home & Community Rehab

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Community Occupational Therapist to join the Maryport & Cockermouth ICC. The role focuses on discharge support, preventing admission, anticipatory care and a community inpatient ward, with 37.5 hours per week.

You will assess, plan and provide specialist OT interventions across home and community settings, guiding families and carers while coordinating with the MDT for optimal patient outcomes.
