Computappoint is seeking a Service Manager for a nationally significant AI-powered platform used across the rail industry. Based in Central London with hybrid working 1-2 days onsite, you will own day-to-day service operations and drive improvements with frontline users.
The role requires ITIL expertise, stakeholder management and strong communication to coordinate suppliers and internal teams, manage incidents and changes, and ensure smooth onboarding of new organisations.
