Senior Windows Desktop Engineer – Hybrid & Automation Lead

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer to join the IT End User Computing team in a hybrid London-based role. You will be the highest escalation point for Windows client incidents, imaging, and VM environments, driving root-cause analysis and permanent fixes across a 2,000+ desktop fleet.

You will mentor Level 2 engineers, design automation, enforce security hardening, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve stability and end-user experience.
