Remote Planning Policy Lead – Local Development Plan (3-Month Contract)

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Planning for Blaenau Gwent Council to lead the Local Development Plan and planning policy work on a 3-month contract. The postholder will manage a small team and ensure delivery in line with statutory requirements and the Council’s Delivery Agreement.

You will provide expert planning policy advice, represent the Council at regional and national forums, and oversee evidence preparation for examinations and public inquiries.
