Overview
In this role you will support the governance and continuous improvement of demand and requirements processes within the Digital Information organisation. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and collaborate with strategy, architecture and delivery teams. You’ll help stakeholders prioritise work, assess risks, and enable informed decision-making. This Edgewing position offers on-site work in Reading with potential flex and a unique opportunity to shape UK defence initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support the management and continuous improvement of demand and requirements processes across the Digital Information organisation
- Assess, capture and structure business requests to support prioritisation and delivery planning
- Work with stakeholders across strategy, architecture and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood
- Support governance forums by providing analysis on priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery considerations
- Contribute to process improvement activities that enhance demand and requirements management practices across the organisation
Key requirements
- Experience within requirements management, business analysis or digital transformation environments
- Experience supporting demand management, requirements gathering or process improvement activities
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured requirements
- Good stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Ability to analyse information and balance business value, delivery considerations and risk
