Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will own the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions within a financial services setting. You will collaborate with product owners, architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performing platform changes and critical integrations. The role combines hands-on development with mentoring, platform security, and improvement of CI/CD and test automation practices. You will help shape the technical direction of a business-critical Salesforce platform and drive reliable deployment and monitoring. Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow and APIs
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/third-party systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes to improve reliability
• Contribute to deployment pipelines, release practices, and monitoring
• Maintain platform security and engineering standards, mentoring engineers

Key requirements

• Extensive hands-on development in Apex, LWC, Aura and declarative tools (Flow, Validation Rules)
• Experience building Salesforce integrations in financial services
• Salesforce Platform Developer certifications valuable
• Familiarity with JIRA, Agile methodologies, CI/CD and test automation
• Strong collaboration with product owners, architects and stakeholders
