Responsibilities

• Handle motor injury, credit hire and damage claims from start to finish
• Manage cases where liability is disputed, including court involvement
• Meet financial and performance targets
• Support client relationships, training and business development activities
• Ensure high standards of file management, reporting and compliance
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and expertise

Key requirements

• Newly/Recently qualified Solicitors with experience or strong interest in motor litigation, credit hire or personal injury
• Commercial, solution-focused approach to legal work
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage own caseload while contributing to a team
