Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify client opportunities
• Create concise presentations and research materials to communicate findings
• Take ownership of workstreams ensuring high-quality, timely delivery
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary experts and engage with senior executives
• Translate complex information into clear, compelling reports and briefs
• Manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines
• Support professional development and ongoing learning within the team

Key requirements

• Proven experience in a strategic, analytical, or research-focused role
• Progress towards professional credentials (e.g., CFA, ACII, actuarial qualifications)
• Familiarity with research tools like AlphaSense, S&P Capital IQ, or Bloomberg
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Organised & detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive & curious mindset with interest in (re)insurance industry
